Returns and Exchanges

In case you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an exchange and refund service for almost all items as long as we receive them within 14 days of your order.

Please note that ITEMS ON SALE, UNDERWEAR or SWIMWEAR could NOT be exchanged or refunded.

All other returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned unworn and within their original boxes, bags, etc. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

Once we have received your package, your exchange or refund will be processed within 7 working days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 working days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. In case there is an issue with your order, we are going to contact you on the telephone number or email address provided as your registration details.

Shipping Rate and Delivery

Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 2-5 working days. If you have not received your order within 7 working days of placing the order, please contact Customer Service.
